Miniature Doberman Pinscher Missing in Lowell

Last seen on Sunday February 8, 2015 at Delmont Ave./Woburn St., Lowell, MA. Dobby is a 5 month old male Miniature Doberman Pinscher. Has a red collar on with his tags and my info on it. No microchip. He could possibly still be wearing a gray sweater that I put on him, also shown in the picture above. He has a very small white spot of fur a between his eyes.
