Last seen on Saturday September 13, 2014 at Felicia is a 6-month-old Lutino cockatiel who responds to "Felicia", "Birdy-Bird" and "Falee-lee". She is friendly, but does not always choose to go to strangers. It is possible that she would seek out a human for help, as she is tame. She's flighted, not banded.
