Chihuahua Mix Found in Lowell

Found January 23, 2013 at High St./Rogers St., Taunton, MA. We found an elderly, black & tan, 7lb intact Chihauhau or Chi-Pom mix (best guess). He had a rabies tag from 2002 and we are researching that with the Animal Hospital that issued it. If you think you recognize this animal, please call 603-490-8146 Thank you!
