Chihuahua Found in South Lawrence

 

Found on Sunday June 25, 2017 at Davis & Chester Sts., South Lawrence, MA. This Chihuahua was found in my back yard. Took him inside because it's raining and kids are setting off fireworks. He's 3LB soaking wet, maybe. Senior, black, friendly, super skinny (may be due to age or infirmity), he ate a bit, is friendly with people and dogs, is a clean pup, with new red collar, but the only tag is an old 2011 rabies tag.
