Black Lab Found in Rockland
UPDATE: BLACK LAB HAS BEEN REUNITED!

Found on Friday April 11, 2014 at the Black lab found near the rail-trail off Rt. 139 in Rockland. Appears to be older maybe 8 to 9 years. The dog is a male, with a wart on his forehead (not a tick). Thank you!
