Lucy is a female Shih Tzu/Lhasa Apso Mix, small adult, black & white (face looks like a panda), medium length hair. White body with black markings. Black ears, body mostly white except for black markings. Exception: Right side white except for top of back. Tail black with white tip. Black spots on shaved tummy. Last Seen wearing pink collar with tags and gray flea collar. Medical: Needs heart meds daily!
