German Shepherd Spotted in Newton

Spotted on Monday September 21, 2015 (~7am) at Elm and Washington Sts., Newton, MA. I just saw a stray German Shepherd. He was gone by the time I pulled over but he was moving slow so I don't think he went far. It's a busy intersection and I hope someone gets him soon. I called the police as well. I wasn't sure if he was friendly and I didn't have any treats so I didn't attempt to find him.
