Last seen on Saturday July 5, 2014 at 518 S. Main St., Mansfield, MA. Sammie is an 8-year-old miniature Blue Merle with tan, and extremely blue eyes. Very few teeth. ~12lb. Wearing a collar with tags, has a microchip. He is an extraordinarily anxious dog -- likely shaking & terrified.
