Last seen on Thursday July 4, 2019 at 11 Smith Road, Mansfield, MA. Shelby is a 10-year-old 33lb Keeshond, black, gray and beige, with hair loss due to illness. Front legs and belly shaved due to recent surgery. Wearing a collar. Believed to have been stolen due to a phone call received from someone saying they had her, but wouldn't return her.
