Last seen on Saturday July 5, 2014 at 41 Willow Ave., Middletown, RI. Toby is a 3-year-old 18lb Boston Terrier with a white collar, white paws, white muzzle, white front right leg and a white strip between his eyes. He has been neutered and has a registered microchip. He is friendly. We believe he was wearing a tag but he could have gotten out of it.
